Captain and Krewe is one of my favorite places in Naples right now and the best oysters (I’ve had) in town! It’s located in Olde Naples near 5th Ave South (Google Map) across from Cambier Park. I’ve been on a real oyster kick lately and there’s no place better to get them than Captain and Krewe. If there’s better, please let me know!
Captain and Krewe is a casual restaurant and fresh fish market. There’s seating indoors and outdoors as well as an oyster bar. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to enjoy a live musical performance from Cambier Park’s amphitheater while knocking back some fresh seafood. I’d love to tell you that I’ve tried many items on their menu but the honest truth is we usually get the same thing: at least a dozen oysters from their fresh selection, a cup of New England Clam chowder and the cheesy blue crab dip. For us, it’s a light snack that we haven’t been able to pass up the last few weeks. Hey Captain and Krewe owners…I’d love a North Naples location!
