The model homes at Ventana Pointe by Pulte Homes opened today (scroll down to see my video tours) and I was one of the first to get an inside look. True to the other communities built by Pulte in Naples, Ventana Pointe also features natural gas. If you’re new to our area, you’ll find out that this is not the norm and is often a feature our friends from the North seem to really like. I live in a Pulte home myself and the natural gas was a big selling point for me.
Ventana Pointe is a small, gated community that will have 77 homes at its completion. It’s location is in a quickly growing area of Naples, on Immokalee Road, East of Collier Blvd/951. Unlike Pulte’s other community, Ardena, under construction in North Naples on Livingston Road, Ventana Pointe will have amenities including a community pool and barbecue area. There are 7 different models to choose from but at this time there are only models of the Mystique and the Whitestone on site (scroll down to see my video tours).
Sigage indicates that pricing begins in the high 400’s and I’m told they will release four lots per month. With each release, the builders is accepting highest and best bids.
